General gemc
- Pan scales to zoom for sane panning
- G4 command line on the gui for a little more control

One needs:
- qt4
- python > 2.3
- scons
- CLHEP
- geant4
- mysql
- gemc source
Already Installed
We already have python, mysql
Building Info
qt4
./configure -prefix "install directory" -qt-sql-mysql gmake gmake install ...no problems
gemc
put qt4.py in SCONS_LIB_DIR/Tool
