I tested these in 64-bit and 32-bit mode on my system running 10.6.2. Note that if you run gnuplot in 32-bit mode you also need to run Aquaplot in 32-bit mode or you will not get any output. To run Aquaterm in 32-bit mode on a 64-bit cpu, click on "Open in 32-bit mode" in the "Info Panel" (right click or control-click the executable and select "Get Info"). To install down load Aquaterm app and place in /Applications/ and download gnuplot executable and place in /usr/local/bin/ * [[Media:Aquaterm.app]] (Universal binary: i386, x86_64, ppc) * [[Media:gnuplot]] (Universal binary: i386, x86_64).
